William Morris used Kelmscott Manor as his summer home, jointly with the Pre-Raphaelite painter Dante Gabriel Rossetti in the summer of 1871. Kelmscott Manor is adjacent to the River Thames in Glos.
It is said that Morris loved Kelmscott Manor house because of its craftsmanship.
